A hybrid working Senior Buyer role working with a very well-known charity, paying between GBP30,000 - 36,500.

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior buyer for a very large well-known charity. Working together with their team and the community they change peoples lives daily.

Your new role
* You will be in a secure permanent hybrid role working from home primarily, you will only be required to come into the office twice a month to complete stakeholder meetings and training.
* As a Senior buyer you will be responsible for supporting a small team of buyers prioritising and delegating work and ensuring all orders are placed on time.
* You will manage and oversee the procure to pay process tracking and recording your team's progress.
* You will actively use the MRP system with maximum efficiency to ensure all daily tasks are complete.
* You will be required to create long lasting relationships with all new and current suppliers.
* You will ensure all goods and services are secure against our approved suppliers and minimise our cost of delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced buyer with previous experience of running a small team either within procurement or previously in your career. You will have a strong ability to analyse data and make secure recommendations through the understanding of tactical procurement data following the P2P process. You will have previous knowledge of the MRP and Microsoft system. You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and implement new technologies, whilst providing guidance and support to your team.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary ranging from GBP30-36,500 depending on experience with great staff benefits including:
* 26 days holiday (or part-time equivalent) plus public/bank holidays. This increases to a maximum of 30 days with length of service.
