As Warehouse Shift Manager you will be directly reporting into Warehouse Manager and have 4 direct reports of Team Leaders reporting to you. You will be responsible for ensuing the smooth day to day running of the warehouse

Description

As Warehouse Shift Manager you can expect to have the following responsibilities:

Ensure H&S standards are kept to the highest of standard inline with company policy
Drive employee engagement across workforce and to implement processes to improve so
Ensure KPI's and service delivery targets are meet
Provide training and mentoring across workforce to ensure a safe workplace is achieved
Manage the deployment of labour inline with volumes, ensuring all department deadlines are met and within costs
Profile

Shift Managers will come with the following skill set:

Knowledge of the logistics market
Previous man management experience
Knowledge of HR policies and company Procedures
