Sea Global are proud to be partnering with an amazing, global business within the retail space. They have offices spanning across over 35 countries. Their procurement function is centralised here in London and as a result of recent impressive growth, a brand-new position has been created. The role is Global Procurement Category Manager position, focusing on Technology Services.

Reporting directly into the Head of Category, he is looking for someone who is going to really hit the ground running from day one. Please read on for more details.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Category, in order to identify business needs
• Oversee end to end strategic sourcing initiatives, including vendor management
• Build and implement category plans, as well as delivering sub-category plans
• Manage commercial suppliers, specifically focusing on Contract Management, Risk, KPIs & SLAs
• Manage relationship with both internal & external stakeholders across both different suppliers and internal customers

Experience & Requirements

• Experience within Technology procurement is essential for this role
• International project exposure would be hugely beneficial, however not essential
• End to end experience and someone who is comfortable working autonomously would also be beneficial
• CIPS and/or degree educated beneficial but not at all essential
