Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a talented and professional person to play a key part in the continued growth of our vehicle buying division. As a Digital Used Car Buyer you will grow our used car portfolio by searching and sourcing prospective vehicles for the group on the internet and engage with customers' in a courteous and efficient manner, to ensure that they we buy them at the right price while also providing them with 'Best Customer Experience'.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, primarily based from our Head Office in Solihull, although remote working can be discussed at interview stage.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify and sourcing stock through the various online / internet sales platforms.
Work with multiple enquiries communicating with customers by telephone and email.
Motivate themselves and work on their own initiative.
Produce excellent quality retail stock.
Ensure profitability of retail stock.
Demonstrate an eye for detail.About you
This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked in the motor trade.
Flexibility in terms of working hours is essential and you must have a true passion for making things happen.
Able to demonstrate a track record of engaging with customers and building relationships
Has a genuine interest and passion for the motor industry, keeping abreast of developmentsWhat we offer
