About the role???

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our fast-expanding business. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end management of the supply chain to the restaurants. The role with work suppliers to ensure products delivered on time and in full to restaurants.

What would my main responsibilities be?

?? Managing suppliers and working with distribution partners to ensure stock availability and delivery of all products Food and Non-Food to Restaurants / Leon kiosks etc

?? Key contact for all suppliers to ensure product availability and continuity of supply

?? Key contact for all Restaurants logistics queries

?? Working with international partners to export products and manage complexity in the supply chain. Opportunity to work with local teams to establish the future international supply chain

?? Managing the reduction of waste in the supply chain and restaurants

?? Responsible for analysing supply chain data and performance. Management of suppliers KPIS leading the quarterly KPI meetings

?? Find cost effective solutions for supply chain processes and improve ways of working for the restaurants

?? Identify issues within the Supply Chain and find solutions

?? Own and Deliver the Supply Chain strategy

?? Responsible for Supply Chain contingency planning

?? Responsible for the successful implementation of products / menus into restaurants

?? Responsible for stock system (FNB) and supply chain processes

Candidate Requirements???

?? Previous experience in a similar role for minimum 3 years

?? Experience of managing multiple projects consecutively

?? Experience of managing a supply chain where issues may need resolving on occasion outside standard working hours

?? Experience of people management - this role will have 1 report

?? The role is based in London (with Travel to suppliers as part of role)

?? This role is suitable to a self-starter looking to drive change and continuous improvement
