Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP65,000 per annum
Location: Devon
Our client, a well-respected housing developer is recruiting for a Land Buyer on a permanent basis They have exciting expansion plans and you could be part of that! The client is willing to look at people
Land Buyer duties:
* Site searching and identifying a variety of opportunities
* Land appraisals, and viability and feasibility studies
* Negotiating contracts and dealing with due diligence and Heads of Terms
* Building relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders to seek on and off-market opportunities
Land Buyer Essential skills:
* Experience in a land buyer role for a housing developer
* Be a self-starter with energy and drive with a mind set to succeed and deliver
* Be commercially aware with excellent interpersonal skills
