We are currently working with a specialist Financial Services client who have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Buyer / Category Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC.
The core purpose of the role is to follow a structured approach to procurement to support budget holders and provide expertise to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives across the non-IT categories.
This includes embedding formal sourcing processes and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise departmental budgets and deliver business requirements at best value with minimised risk.
Experience across a number of Non-IT indirect categories such as FM, HR and Professional Services, knowledge of commercial contract drafting and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Hybrid Working - 2/3 days per week in the office.
