Head of Procure to Pay
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the Procure to Pay services across the JRHT and JRF group.
The role will embed the work of the recent Procurement Transformation Project into business-as-usual, focussing on continuous improvement, our Value for Money strategy and putting our staff, residents, tenants, partners and suppliers at the heart of how we operate.
You will lead on stakeholder and relationship management and the continued integration and embedding of social value considerations into procurement policy, decision-making, systems and processes
We want to make sure that everyone, including our residents and staff, are kept safe and have extensive safety and infection control measures in place, throughout our working environments.
Additionally, it is legislation from 11 November 2021, that everyone who works in a residential or nursing care home or needs to enter a residential care setting to carry out their role, must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Consequently, ensuring this requirement is met forms part of our recruitment and selection process, where applicable.
You will be a knowledgeable procurement professional with demonstrable experience of delivering an integrated and efficient end-to-end process.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and customer service skills and a track record of supporting managers to initiate and deliver savings are an absolute essential part of this job.
You will have a blend of strong operational, procurement and payables experience alongside the development of procurement policies and processes.
We need someone who is flexible, positive, change-oriented and able to demonstrate the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you!
