Procurement Sourcing Manager - Global FTSE100 Defence Company - £40-50k + benefits - Hampshire

Dedicated to solving major and complex problems this global defence company is seeking an ambitious up-and-coming procurement specialist to join their rapidly expanding procurement function.

If you have indirect procurement experience within a range of different categories, then this is a really exciting opportunity.

As a Procurement Sourcing Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Negotiating favourable terms with key suppliers, across global markets
• Prepare and process purchase orders for the procurement of technical equipment, custom engineered products, systems, software or components
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the business, informing them on market trends and risk mitigations
• Execute cost effective and timely delivery of procurement sourcing subjects
• Develop new supplier relationships to best accommodate various needs of the business whilst abiding by the regulations in place

As a Procurement Sourcing Manager key requirements are:

• Experience within procurement and supply chain within indirect spends
• CIPS qualified or equivalent
• Category Management experience
• Degree educated or equivalent
