Strategic Buyer

Bluefin are recruiting for a market leading company in Loughborough who are looking for a strategic buyer. The role requires a tenacious and assertive individual to work closely with suppliers and help source materials for products under development.

Day to day you'll be analysing supplier performance against KPI's and aiding supplier selection by using RFQ / RFP processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Much of the work will involve working closely with NPI/NPD projects, so experience of working with new product introduction would be advantageous. Ideally you will also have experience of ERP systems and BOM.
