Min 2 years experience with end to end tendering.
Experience in strategic sourcing within a public sector, utilities or regulated environment.
Proven experience within the Maintenance, Operations or Engineering category would be advantageous.
Be a strategic thinker not an operational buyer, confident in working with senior level stakeholders.
Educated to a Degree level, a qualification or interest in studying CIPS is advantageous
Candidates must hold the independent right to live and work in the UKThe successful candidate will be responsible for;

Developing strategic procurement categories which are critically important to the organisation.
Cradle to grave procurement with large, complex spends working on specific projects and exciting challenges.
Assisting the Category leads in delivering category plans to meet the stakeholders needs.
Building relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and ensuring you can deliver best in class procurement.What's On Offer
