Procurement Food and Drinks Buyer - Prestigious FMCG Retailer - £30k - 50k - West London - Excellent Progression Opportunities

A leading name in the FMCG space has an eye opening for a bright and ambitious junior procurement professional. You will be joining the bets-in-class procurement team at buyer level with a clear path to progression into senior levels.

Operating out of the global HQ, the successful candidate will be joining the award-winning commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience effectively managing a range of indirect categories with a track record of generating savings and improving value in a strategic manner as this role will have direct mentorship of more junior members of the team, offering a great opportunity to attain and develop line management responsibilities for future roles.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of Sourcing/Buying in the food and beverages sector
  • Confidence when engaging with senior management
  • Thrive in a vibrant working environment, relishing the opportunities of working in a close-knit procurement function
  • Degree educated (or equivalent), CIPS preferred
