We are partnering on an exclusive basis with a high end luxury brand who are looking to recruit a Demand Planning and Inventory Manager into their team…
Our client is a fast-growing luxury fragrance brand who supply beautiful products across the globe.
We are looking for someone with previous demand/inventory management experience in an FMCG environment.
Flexible working (3 days office, 2 days home)
The successful candidate will bring strong, extensive experience, both "hands on" and analytical, and will understand wholesale, e-com and retail networks.
Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

Inventory Management

Analysis

Key person in demand planning and forecasting for 2 luxury brands

Build and manage NPD programmes
-
Optimise the balance of inventory in line with customer service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and safety stock levels for the business

Run monthly S&OP meetings
-
Report key launch sales performance and trends to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:

Significant experience as a Demand Planner with S&OP exposure

Strong analytical mind set

Strong Excel skills-Innovative

Team player

Great attention to detail

Proactive and self-motivated

Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
