Data Manager – Procurement (ERP and Master Data): An exciting greenfield opportunity with an amazing, fast growing and technology leading company ~ based Munich, Germany.

Your mission will be to define and monitor the deployment as the Key User of the digital solutions for Procurement, including ERP tailored functionalities for the Procurement activities, end-to-end data connectivity with the Suppliers for Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Commercial and Financial activities.
 

Role Activities of the Data Manager – Procurement (ERP and Master Data):

• As the Key User, you will also create and maintain a community of users for the better use of the digital solutions implement in their Procurement function.
• You will provide Procurement expertise for business processes and supporting ERP solutions, build effective working knowledge of all business processes and applications within the Procurement teams.
• Work with the Procurement and IT teams to define the Digitization roadmap, in order to enable more efficiency in repetitive and/or administrative tasks, by using digital solutions such as Robots, and AI tools.
• Work with the Procurement, Quality and IT teams to implement a suitable solution, in order to monitor the suppliers performance in Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Your Experience and Skills:

• You will ideally have a degree in IT and/or Business Administration.

• Experience working & managing digital systems for the Procurement function (with focus on Supply Chain Operations) within a manufacturing or similar environment.

• Have experience in leading multi-functional projects.

• Knowledge of ERP modules.

• You will be a data oriented professional with strong motivation to help build structures and processes in a fast-growing company.
