With a detailed outline of the expansion plans in place, they are looking for a new and ambitious indirect procurement specialist who has covered categories such as HR, Professional Services, legal, insurance and more to join their procurement function.

As a Procurement Sourcing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end commercial and sourcing strategy for a plethora of indirect categories and sub-categories, establishing clear plans across the board implementing strategies that promote cost efficiency and savings
• You will be a SME in indirect procurement, being confident with market research and analysis, negotiating with key suppliers and managing the supply chain
• Interactions with key business stakeholders, working with them to inform on potential risks and key areas of cost reductions
• Managing a spend of circa £10-50m across varied portfolio of categories

As a Procurement Sourcing Manager you Background will include:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to land business change, balancing cost, quality and risk
• Experience within indirect procurement and stakeholder engagement
• Degree - preferable
• CIPS - preferable
