Over 20,000 employees in more than 170 locations worldwide   Supply Chain Manager – The Rewards Salary up to £60,000 Fantastic bonus potential Company Car Performance based incentives Great training and development opportunities  Supply Chain Manager – Requirements   Educated to a minimum of a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in an economic / technical background Previous experience in a Supply Chain or similar role A natural organiser A good communicator A quick learner Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous   Supply Chain Manager – Responsibilities   Development of a Connected SCM through global network Involved in introducing a SMART factory, including Digitisation with a Supply Chain bias Manage resources according to load and customer demand Warehouse & MPH Manage performance and productivity of resources: Warehouse & MPH Responsible for Supply Chain Operations costs - Upstream to Customer Deploy demand requirements in liaison with Plants and Warehouse; Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs - OTIF Lead and improve the supplier's performance in terms of service level, lead time and lot size Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the RPS principles (Waiting queue - MPH - Pull flow - warehousing efficiency) Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed Manage product Phase In / Phase Out and obsolescence Key projects e.g. SAP implementation  About Us   Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
