Due to continuous growth, a new Land Buyer is now needed to support a Residential developer that work throughout the Thames Valley region and outlying counties, based in Maidenhead.
The successful Land Buyer will be working closely with the in- house charter Town Planners and Architects daily, using software and websites coupled with 'on the road' site searching for new land opportunities.
This company build small to medium sized developments comprising highly specified new family homes, with an outstanding project portfolio throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hampshire.
The highly experienced project team take pride in the care and attention they take in fully understanding the needs of each client.
The Land Buyer will be using the appropriate tools to constantly create new land opportunities and liaising daily with local agents and local authorities to explore new sites.
You will be using methods such as Land Insight, Promap, Google Earth, via Estate Agents and through street-by-street analysis 'on the road'.
As the Land Buyer you will need to be confident and comfortable with writing formal letter to land and homeowners and attending Local Authority planning meetings monthly.
The Land Buyer
The successful Land Buyer will preferably have;
Experience with land acquisition and site sourcing Knowledge of the English Planning system Experience with Option AgreementsEssential requirements;
Full UK driving License Your own vehicle (taxed and insured for business use) Personable and confident, able to build relationshipsIn return?
