Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Sintetica Ltd.

Established 1921 in Switzerland, Sintetica is a pharmaceutical company delivering injectable anaesthetics and analgesics to patients worldwide, through innovative science and excellence in development, production and marketing. We have been operating in the UK for around 5 years.

Job description / Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand and manage the supply chain into the UK and Ireland from the EEA and Europe.
- Take responsibility for all import paperwork, ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee the control of all administration across the supply chain process.
- Be aware of and comply with all import regulations.
- Co-ordinate a global network of manufacturers and 3rd party distributors.
- Build close working relationships with the warehouses, the transport companies and all other stakeholders to create a seamless import process.
- Understand the ordering process, ensure orders are correct upon receipt and correctly detailed to the manufacturer, track all orders through manufacture, QP release and transport to the UK
- Be aware of specific regulations and requirements for control drug supply chain
- Manage the supply chain in order to overcome any issues that customers might experience.
- Deliver high-quality face to face, telephone and written customer interactions
- Work with the RP to ensure all relevant GDP documentation is available as required.
- Support and follow up on activities in-field, for example customer complaints or product technical complaints
- Promote a positive culture of sustainability. Reducing pollution and minimising the footprint left by the organisation.
