Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + £3,500 Car allowance, flexible working, and additional benefits

Sea Global are currently partnering with an amazing Non for Profit organisation in the West Midlands. They are Regional Housing outfit, who manage over 40,000 homes spread across Yorkshire, the Midlands as well as the SW and London & Home Counties.

As a result of internal movement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join the function and take the lead on their upcoming key projects. The function is in its infancy, so they are looking for dynamic, ambitious professionals who do not shy away from a challenge. The role reports into the Head of Procurement and looks as follows:

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with the stakeholders across the business, to identify their needs and set category strategy and implement category plans
• Run end to end, strategic projects across indirect spend categories, including - FM & Property, MRO, Utilities and Corporate Services
• Adhere to public sector regulations / OJEU

Experience and Requirements

• Needs to have experience of working in a Public Sector environment (Local / Central Government, Non-for profit or Education)
• Experience across managing indirect spend and will need to have ran projects through from cradle to grave
• Will understand Public Sector regulations
