Senior Consultant – Procurement & Supply Chain

Location: London with international travel (remote due to Covid at present)

We are currently working with a leading global management consulting business who are experience high growth within their Procurement & Supply Chain division. They are therefore looking for varying levels of experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professionals to join their team.

The main purpose of the role will be to contribute to the delivery of excellence on client projects, as well as development and delivery of internal initiatives.

Whilst previous procurement & supply chain consulting experience would be very desirable, they are also open to transferable industry experience where individuals have excellent analytical ability, communication, presentation and teamworking skills.

To be considered for this role you should be able to commute into London and travel regularly when needed (despite being remote due to Covid at present.

You must have a first-class academic background. Any additional European language skills would be very advantageous.

Experience and requirements:

• Approximately 4-6 years of experience within procurement and supply management in a consulting or industry role;
• Have an outstanding track record from a leading university with a bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Have a strong desire to work in management consulting and specifically within Procurement & Supply Chain;
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects as part of a team;
• Track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships;
• Strong consulting skill set: communication skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, data analysis, research, change management, teamwork;
• Flexible to travel;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English – Fluency in German or other languages (desirable);
• Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Professional qualifications are a (desirable)
