Temporary Commercial Agreement Manager - £360pd (inside) REMOTE

An exciting opportunity for an Interim Commercial Agreement Manager, with commercial experience in contingent labour or recruitment, to join my esteemed client in the public sector, and hold full-lifecycle responsibility for their allocated agreement.

This role is an initial 3-month contract, it is remote based and paying up to £360 per day (in scope of IR35, working through Umbrella company)

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of agreement
• Interpret data, carry out benchmarking, utilise market knowledge to value-add, provide meaningful insight and manage and mitigate risk
• Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Act as SME, providing strong advice for the public sector
• Lead development of OJEU procurement documentation
• Drive continuous improvement, quality and value
• Support Category Lead in management for implemented products
• Facilitate strategic added value initiatives
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Significant experience within a central government environment
• Previous, demonstrable Commercial experience in contingent labour or recruitment
• Strong focus on stakeholder engagement
• Communication, engagement and influencing skills, at all levels of the organisation
• Experience managing a large product area in a complex commercial environment
• Able to apply experience to deliver solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-faced and complex environment
