Supplier Relationship and Risk Manager

Investigo have been engaged by a Global Entertainment client to secure a Supplier Relationship & Risk Manager to set up their Supplier Risk Framework globally! 

As a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) in Supplier Risk & Relationship Management (“SRRM”), this person will be the global owner of the SRRM Framework. You will be responsible for the design and development of this Framework as a best-in-class programme for managing relationships with Third Parties (“TP’s”) and all sources of risk. On a global basis, you will ensure that the SRRM Framework is effectively and correctly applied to help this organisation to obtain optimum benefit from its relationships with TP’s, while holistically managing the exposure to all forms of supplier risk, throughout the supplier life cycle.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• Extensive knowledge of SRRM strategy, processes, best practice, systems and innovations and experience designing, implementing and managing same.
• Qualifications relating to Risk Management would be a distinct advantage.
• 10+ years experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in developing and implementing improvements.
• Strong customer service skills, maintaining awareness of customer needs.
• Seeks feedback on processes and systems to gather perspectives and ideas for improvements
• Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, flexible and innovative environment
• Enthusiastic, self-driven and with a high level of self-motivation to overcome obstacles
• Ability to communicate with senior management in a self-confident and professional manner
• Ability to present a positive and professional face at all times
• Experience in effectively leading teams would be an advantage
• Experience working in a global role would be a distinct advantage.
