The Opportunity: Operations/General Manager
The Location: Primarily in North London/Hertfordshire with flexibility in the near future
The Package: Salary between £40'000 and £50'000 plus bonus and benefits]
The position:
To lead the ongoing development of the call centre, service and maintenance teams and client development of a successful, medium sized and established Service and Maintenance business.
The position will ultimately grow into an Operations Director/Company GM role with freedom to implement ideas and execute in your own style.
Ongoing client relationships will be managed by you on a daily basis and you will be supported in meetings by other senior leaders.
You will play a position on the senior leadership team and impact business decisions.
The business is n a profitable and growing position, with operations in the UK and Ireland. The owners and Leadership team are seen as experts within their industry and sought after by some of the world's leading brands in their field of expertise.
Interviews will take place in the next two weeks in London with an envisaged start date of December 2019.
