Area/Operations Manager - Student Accommodation / Property Management To £45k (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits Sheffield / South Yorkshire Area  EMBS Property are seeking an experienced Area/Operations Manager to oversee the services and standards across a portfolio of student accommodation sites.   The role will support senior operations stakeholders and focus on operations, sales & service management/improvements across this very successful property portfolio. You will be responsible for driving overall operational performance and will lead sales strategies, KPI management, brand reputation and service delivery management & improvement. Responsibilities Outline: Driving brand standards and brand awareness Assisting in the development of marketing plans across the region Developing sales strategies to drive occupancy Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sites Promote consistent best practice Assist with projects across the portfolio To be considered for and be successful in this role you will need proven multi-site experience within the student accommodation, property, management, hotel or leisure. You must be dynamic and 100% customer service & service delivery focused, self-motivated, process driven and great under pressure.
