Our Connect Care Executive division are working in conjunction with one the UK's largest healthcare, workforce solutions providers who are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join their team . The ideal candidate will be working for a new and exciting client based in London.
Job Scope:
The Senior Contract Manager plays a key role in the delivery of a fully outsourced RPO solution. The individual will be responsible for key stakeholder management and daily operation of the solution, through careful planning/management of account deliver team. Providing account management and responsibility of full reporting suite.

Senior Contract Manager role:
Responsible and accountable for the operational service delivery of a fully outsourced recruitment solution to include:
- Client relationship management
- Internal stakeholder management
- Compliance
- Agency management
- Team management
- Account profitability
- Planning, KPI delivery and reporting
The service operates between 8am and 6pm and the Senior Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring service delivery is fully and effectively operating at these times.
As a higher escalation point there may be a requirement to be ‘on call’ outside of these times.
Role and responsibilities:
Team management
- Effective line management, performance management, development and leadership of team members.
- Conduct and record regular team one to one review and appraisals
- Hold regular team meetings.
- Target and objective setting, and annual appraisals.
Client management and deliverables
- Ongoing review of management information and all other data and information to drive performance against targets
- Client relationship management with Executive leads, HR management, Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders
- Lead on weekly stakeholder meetings with Executive Leads and Hiring Managers, ensuring accurate information around the hiring plan is communicated
- Develop and review recruitment strategies for each of the specialties aligned to the hiring plan, ensuring a robust plan in place.
- Support the delivery of the clients marketing plan, ensuring focus on brand awareness and advertisement material is fully utilised. Plan, support and attend where required agreed key events and exhibitions
- Keep abreast of the local and international market place and understand trends, issues and other factors that may affect the delivery of the contract
- Prepare and present quarterly management information on contract KPI and performance.
- Escalation point for all complaints or concerns
- To ensure generation of, circulation of and scrutiny of adhoc and planned performance reporting.
Recruitment & Compliance – all staff groups
- Support the recruitment process in line with agreed processes and compliance and in conjunction with the client needs.
- Take active role in supporting fulfilment of challenging roles – providing guidance to the team ensuring that the required attention is allocated to each vacancy
- To provide clear communications to the client around activity on challenging roles – to demonstrate activity and proactive approach
