We are currently looking for an “International Freight Forwarding” for one of our clients in the North West with relevant experience.

Description of role:

  • Your role is to support and mentor a case-load of learners. Teaching various subjects to enhance their knowledge and showcase their skills and behaviours within the workplace.
  • Assisting learners in providing evidence against the appropriate qualifications/standards, Functional Skills and end point assessment and ensuring learners complete their award within the agreed time-frame as a Freight Forwarding Assessor.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm learners current levels of competency and assist in the learners acquisition of new knowledge, skills and behaviours.
  • Teach/assess a case-load of learners, in Freight Forwarding, using a variety of assessment methods best suited to learners.
  • Liaise with learners and employers, actively seeking employer involvement and feedback.
  • Develop learning portfolio to meet any awarding body/EPA standards
  • Organise and manage own diary and case-load of learners
  • Ensure compliance with all ESFA and OFSTED requirements
  • Maintain a positive and motivated approach to all aspects of your role
