My Client in North Shields are seeking a Buyer to join their business.

Job duties:
* Assist the Project Managers with maintaining proper inventory levels of
materials used on a regular basis
* Efficient and accurate use of Sage system to monitor all open purchase orders and ensuring the products are delivered on time
* Work with the stores team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
* Stock control
* Budgeting

Key skills required:
* Strong negotiating skills with suppliers to get the best possible pricing and payment options, and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
* Comprehensive understanding of Sage 50, Excel and MS Word
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Ability to work well with a team
