We are looking for a Project Demand Planner to join our close knit, collaborative operations team who are responsible for delivering a timely and quality PV installation for our clients. The Project Demand Planner will be responsible for verifying client’s future installation information through outbound customer services calls, and identifying forecasts/demand plans. We are looking for an experienced telesales or call centre operative who has high energy, excellent communication skills, and is used to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience of forecasting is desirable.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Out bound customer calls to clients and logging information to the CRM. Verifying and recording the project and plot numbers, install information and value, any discussion points, confirming designs and technical information is available.
+ Identifying issues with potential installations and chasing other departments for job, progress updates
+ Liaise with the technical department and confirm inverter specifications for jobs in advance
+ Attend weekly meetings to report trends, progress and any needs/requirements moving forwards
+ Maintain and update the project progress trackers and use this to enable accurate forecasting
+ Call all regional site managers to confirm provisionally scheduled works daily
+ Logging communication with sites, on CRM system – indicating person contacted
+ Advising Scheduling Supervisor of any changes i.e. cancellations

The ideal candidate:

+ Experience in outbound customer services or telesales role, undertaking circa 40 calls per day
+ Experience of forecasting
+ Experience within a fast-paced office/working environment
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Excellent customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
+ Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft office
+ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
+ Good time management and organisational skills
+ Be able to work effectively when under pressure
+ Ability to learn/understand technical issues, such as electrical specification Eye for detail for determining action points/missing information
+ Persistent and confident in chasing progress from all business members
+ Positive attitude towards challenging work
+ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
