As a Logistics Coordinator you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly use your own initiative to ensure that customers queries are resolved in a timely fashion.
It is important to be able to work cross functionally with other departments and together come to solutions to support the wider business and have customers best interest at heart at all time. Additionally, it is essential that you understand the process of creating documentation.

Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with couriers on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered to customers on time and in full
- Tracking orders from when they have been placed, to when the order reaches its final destination
- Ensuring that any incidences or delays with shipments are resolved in a timely fashion by proactively finding solutions
- Dealing with shipping documents and customs clearance
Experience required
- Degree calibre or equivalent working experience
- experience in bulk ingredients, hazardous goods, barrels, casks etc is essential
- EU or international experience within a similar role
- Strong communication skills
