Description
Identifying Real Estate opportunities with Developers, typically in PRS/BTR or Medium-Hi Rise city centre environments.
Meeting individuals, agents and developers to negotiate opportunities to buy stock
Working through your network and contacts to find options
Utilising websites, media and other suitable means to identify options that fit key criteria
Work with the team in building information useful to client development
Travel will be required, primarily in the North but potentially National
Profile
Strong phone skill sets, willing and capable on picking up the phone and negotiating.
Excellent negotiation skills, both in person and over the phone
Attention to detail
This role is ideally suited to those coming from an Estate Agency/Lettings or similar background
You will be dealing with major property developers, investors and individuals in the industry and working on negotiations of large transactions.
