Your New Role

This is a true Contracts Manager position giving the successful candidate the opportunity to have a real strategic and tactical impact on this business. From setting up your projects effectively ensuring they are structured to succeed rather than fail to having the autonomy to engage and motivate your team of site managers and PM's this is a 360 role which will challenge and energise you. Our client work within the residential space across both flatted and volume housing markets and market themselves as a premium builder. You will be responsible for setting up these projects correctly from a programming , procurement and methodology perspective and this role will appeal to a true residential expert.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client need someone with the required experience now and therefore the successful candidate will have experience of working as a contracts manager within the housing or residential market already. You will ideally come from an engineering , construction management or trade background and your all round construction experience has seen you thrive in your career so far. You will be comfortable working in the contracts manager position and have experience of working with multiple projects and site teams and managing multiple projects at different stages. Ideally you will have experience within the Scottish residential market but our client are willing to accept applications from candidates from across the UK.
