MI Analyst - Management Information Coordinator - Operations Analyst sought by a growing business with offices in Billericay. You will work as part of an expanding team supporting the growing business with MI tasks. You will receive full in-house training but will need existing competence and confidence with advanced Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Duties will include:

  • Providing a first line of contact for Managers with any issues regarding management information.
  • Updating Management Information System
  • Manipulating databases and spread sheets to obtain information to assist with monitoring performance with internal stakeholders
  • Develop reports to assess current performance level.
  • Owning key business processes to ensure delivery of a first class service with exceptional quality

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Strong IT skills: experienced in using MS Office packages with particular competency in MS Excel.
  • Previous experience in customer facing role
  • Experience in reporting and management information
