We are looking for a confident and experienced Client Operations Manager to join an international company to deliver an outstanding client experience, whilst supporting a large team. Working in a modern office environment with great career prospects you will be client focused and have excellent organisation and leadership experience.
To be a successful Client Operations Manager you will:
• Provide a professional service to a portfolio of high profile clients, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service and relationship management.
• Have demonstrable leadership experience and be responsible for a team of 30 staff members, including managers, supervisors and administrators. You will work at a strategic level within the department and shape future plans to better the client service delivery.
• Be a confident presenter and have the ability to speak to clients at a variety of levels.
• Be IT savvy and a confident user of Excel, running and producing reports to provide to clients.
• Have a clear understanding of the KPI's/SLA's to help drive and push your team forward.

This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Starting salary of £35,000 - £42,000 on an upward sliding scale dependant on experience. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday!!
