Role: Operations Manager
Salary £30-£45k depending on experience

Do you have great leadership and management? Have you led with Delegation and Engagement of people; can you work in an exceptionally very fast paced environment? Do you come from a service delivery environment and operations being a key focus? If you can demonstrate a synergy my client would be very happy to hear from you
The Role: This role is all about management of people, a good understanding of vehicles and service delivery. You will be overseeing service delivery across a number of Operational units for my client and the role entails exceptional delegation, management and leading individuals to deliver and hit the companies very high level of KPI's.
The Ideal Candidate: You will be an exceptionally strong communicator, organised and an individual who can work at a very fast pace . My client will be expecting an individual who can and has a track record of running and overseeing business units that focus on People / Vehicles and Planning hence the ideal person candidate needs to be KPI's experienced , can multi Task and get the very best out of his / her team.
