Supply Chain Administrator – Romsey SO51 - £9.00 per hour (temp with potential to go perm)
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be involved in the supply process of a medical product, carrying out administrative tasks for the tracing and tracking of the order.
Duties for the Supply Chain Administrator:
* Record product data onto excel spreadsheets for tracking and tracing
* Input orders
* Liaise with suppliers regarding orders including calculation of quotes, sales orders and relevant documentation
* Monitor stock levels in all locations
* Create orders and job sheets on system
* Manage returns for incorrect or returned orders – arranging credits
Candidate Competencies:

* Good time management / works well under pressure
* PC literate (excel / word)
