Role: Logistics Specialist
Location: Middlesex
Salary: £27-35K
I am currently recruiting the above role for a leading global pharmaceuticals organisation. My client is looking for a driven individual to join their team. Ideally, you will be coming from a logistics/supply chain/operational background in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Collection and analysis of temperature data from international shipments to ensure compliance
Preparation and analysis of service partner KPIs and cost tracking files
Invoice checking and trouble shooting
INF (Issue Notification Form) investigations along with root cause analysis and preventative actions implementation
Logging and oversight of all deviations including recording and logging service issues and putting correcting actions in place
Maintenance of database to develop the logistics network
Various report generation activities
Close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and functions
Data collection, market benchmarking & research for project-related activities
Support GLM with monthly financial report and quarterly forecast calculations
New SKU set-up
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent
Relevant logistics or supply chain experience
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience in ERP systems
Advanced presentation skills both in design and delivery
Good numeracy capabilities including sound financial acumen and budget management
Flexibility to travel if required
Strong oral, written and listening communication skills
Ability to organise, prioritise and work under pressure
Good analytical capabilities who can quickly understand all aspects of the business
Ability to work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders in different geographical regions and multi-cultural environment
High level of drive and motivation to resolve issues & problems and achieve objectives
Have effective working relationships in place with pre-wholesalers and international carriers and can anticipate movements in the market / new developments
