Job Details

A FTSE 250 financial services business with an innovative growth agenda is recruiting a Third-Party Supplier Manager to own third-party supplier relationships across one of its major business units.

The Third-Party Supplier Manager will play a crucial role within its centralised Third-Party Management Office, helping to deliver, embed and champion standard best practices across the enterprise.

You will also act as a key contact and subject matter expert for customer, supplier and contract information and activities, including assisting procurement with negotiating contract modifications, incentives and remedies while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met.

As Third-Party Supplier Manager you will:

  • Ensure service standards are consistently delivered and maintained from third-party vendors, in line with contract and Group policies and Governance
  • Undertake regular and routine reviews of all business process outsourcing (BPO) arrangements across the business unit and develop plans to drive alignment, synergies and standard operating practices/ways of working
  • Define and agree on the effective utilisation of resource in line with service specifications, working with and agreeing on resource plans with the provider and working in conjunction with business objectives and service level agreements
  • Governance, control and end-to-end management of all service change requests
  • Provide SME input to procurement activity where required to enable new or improved services whether via an RFP, contract re-negotiation or global service changes
  • Develop, embed, monitor and report on key SLAs and KPIs and address any areas of non-performance
  • Chair routine (monthly/quarterly) third-party supplier business reviews to include a focus on performance, commercials, incidents, innovation, risk and action tracking with clear action planning where performance is not being met.
  • Attend required internal governance and management forums to appropriately represent third-party supplier considerations
