Contracts Manager required to work for a Leeds based construction contractor who work on commercial new build and fit out projects up to the value of £3 million.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Ability to manage multiple new build construction projects at one time on a nationwide basis
- Client facing role with ability to chair client meetings
- Excellent people skills and the ability to Site Managers and subcontractors
- An in depth knowledge of construction methods and processes
- A proven track record of managing multiple new build projects
- Work closely with the design teams offering advise on design changes
- Complete and amend the programme of works on site
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure budgets are met and provide early warning where necessary.
-Attend pre start meetings
