Our client is looking for a Trainee who has completed A Levels, Degree or equivalent and is looking for a career in supply chain or purchasing.  You may not know what this entails and that is understandable as starting your career can be confusing but this really is a career vocation where you can really make your mark and in turn have a very fruitful career.  What will you learn? How to develop relationships with suppliers to ensure they are capable of meeting the ongoing requirements of the company How to monitor the quality within the supply chain Gathering information How to manage stock How to deal with quotes from suppliers How to work with the Design team to ensure correct specifications are met for the suppliers How to become an effective negotiator How to ensure the supply chain is working ethically So, here is what you need….
