My client is a leading Defence and Military business based in Guildford who have expanded in to the global market and are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to join their Purchasing team.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Junior Supply Chain Specialist role will be as follows:
Support the Procurement team with all data regarding contracts
Raise PO's and manage them
Liaise with key stakeholders and manage supplier performance
Build on Supplier relationships
Be the main POC for and discrepanciesProfile
The successful candidate for the Junior Supply Chain Specialist will have the following skill set:
Great communication skills
MRP/ERP knowledge
Degree level educated within Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent qualifications
Good organisational skills
Knowledge of Procurement within a highly regulated industry
Good negotiation skillsJob Offer
