To assist in the process and administration for placing purchase orders, progress chasing of suppliers and investigation of invoice queries as and when required and to ensure system data re outstanding orders / balances / dates is both accurate and kept up to date.

Our Client is a leading Manufacturer in the UK with extensive growth. They require an experienced Supply chain/ Purchasing Administrator to help assist with their business.
Description
- Raising of purchase orders from requisitions, service orders, consignment stocks, stores counts
- Running automations that generate purchase order recommendations
- Investigating invoice queries
- Securing order confirmation dates and to ensure they meet the business requirements
- Progress chase outstanding orders / balances
- Ensure system data re: delivery dates, balances, etc. are up to date and accurate
Profile
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to co-operate with other people and work within a team environment
- Dependable
- To be trusted with confidential information
- Accurate data entry
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work to deadlines in a pressure environment
- Experience working within a Supply Chain function
