Warehouse Manager

Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent our Northumberland based client in their search for a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

* Must be experienced and hands-on

* Be a skilled driving a forklift, with a licence

* Be fully responsible to implement and maintain all standards of Health and Safety

* Able to help set up a new warehouse, and continuously improve its running efficiency

* Manage stocks according to customer demand

* Manage stock control and reconcile with implemented IT systems

* Support in the preparation of annual budget

* Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies

* Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

* Manage the use of labour in line with business requirements

* Integrate customer feedback into a policy of continuous service improvement and monitor the quality of services provided to customers.

* Liaise with relevant staff and logistics companies to ensure timely receipt of incoming shipments
