Romanian or Polish Logistics Coordinator
£22,000 - £26,000 (Depending on Experience)
Work Pattern: Night Shift - 4 on 3 Off
Location: Dover
Overview:
Our client, a leading Service Coordinator in their field of expertise are now looking to expand their multilingual team. Currently, we are searching for a Romanian or Polish Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team on a full time and permanent basis. This is a Night shift position so if you are keen, then continue reading!
The Role
As the Romanian or Polish speaking Logistics Coordinator, your main objective will be to coordinate all Logistic operations across Europe within dedicated time frames for your clients. This is how you will meet your objective:
Coordinating with International external, internal carriers to authorise, agree costs and identify the best solutions are in place to meet your clients requirements.
Review production plan and ensure solutions are identified to best fit your clients job requests and consulting on alternative transport routes when needed.
Evaluate the progress of Transport activity and ensure the transport plans are running on schedule.
Updating the CRM system at all times to ensure all transportation operations for logistic deliveries are tracked accordingly.
Develop working relationships with international clients to maintain excellent communication channels for those who are working under pressure.
Inbound call and email management.
Personal Specification
The Romanian or Polish Speaking Logistics Coordinator will need to have the following competencies:
Experience of working in a fast paced client driven environment.
Client will also consider people with customer service/office based experience.
Ability to work towards very tight deadlines under immense pressure.
Exceptional customer service telephone experience.
Logistic experience is highly desirable, especially road route planning/talking with customers & drivers
Must be a Fluent Romanian or Polish speaker.* The role is working 4 nights on 3 off on a fixed rota of Monday to Thursday 7pm to 7am
