8am – 5pm Established in 1993, Accrol Papers Ltd is one of Europe’s largest independent soft tissue converters with manufacturing capacity in excess of over 100,000 tonnes per annum. We manufacture a wide range of household paper products from our purpose-built production facility in Lancashire. Paper products including Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Towels and Facial Tissues are manufactured to the highest levels of quality in brands and private labels utilising the latest technological advancements. We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join us, analysing data from transport performance and ensuring warehouse utilisation and optimisation on a daily and weekly basis. In the role you will work closely with both haulage and warehouse, providing data to improve general works and customer service by better performance, as well as aiming to operate at reduced costs. Chairing KPI meetings, analysing and maintaining KPI report data and flagging patterns for goods in and out, you will log any extra cost and report trends. You will also carry out any ad-hoc administration duties (booking chep pallets, raising PO’s, supporting PI Clerks etc.) We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well autonomously and as part of a team. With effective communication skills and a confident approach, you will be competent in the analysis and manipulation of data within Microsoft Excel and be able to present this information clearly and concisely to the business. In addition, the right candidate will have some experience of working in a Warehouse / Logistics environment.
