Assistant Finance Manager - Logistics

Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting one of our prestigious clients with their recruitment process of a Assistant Finance Manager for their fast paced operation based in Crick. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop the remaining Finance Team so that they improve their performance, skills and can reach their full potential.
- Completion of weekly Quicks & Productivity reports to agreed timescales.
- Actively engage confidently with staff at all levels to provide Finance support and reporting to Non-Finance Managers.
- To build a good working relationship both internally and externally and to promote the Finance department in a professional manner.
Skills and Experiences
- Must be competent in Microsoft excel
- Experience of managing a team
- Desirable to be part qualified and actively working towards a professional qualification in either ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Logistics background advantageous
