Logistics Administrator

Monday - Friday

Up to £25,000 P/A

Nouvo Recruitment are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking for a Logistics Administrator

to join their expanding team.

The Role;

* Contracts administration and maintenance

* Issuing and logging call offs and shipping instructions to supplier

* Checking on prices

* Customer/supplier liaison, forward planning/position analysis/reporting- advising anomalies to traders,

* Overall responsibility of maintaining the trading position to support trader in sales

* Issuance shipment F-File from start to finish

* Following up with supplier payments

* Trade finance (collections /LCs where applicable)

* Monitoring ETA’s advising of any major changes to trader which may impact supply to clients

* Logging customer's multi products call offs

* Running daily delivery report

* Arranging all ex-stock deliveries and releases

* Issuance of invoices/credit notes

* Processing of out-turns on ERP (re-cleaning, roasting etc)

* Overall stock control looking into (with monthly audit) and 'closing' any stock discrepancy issues

Skills;

* Administrative experience in shipping and logistics desirable but not essential

* Ideally looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in our trade type work environment to train on the job
