A leading business in its sector, are looking for a skilled Sales and Logistics coordinator to ensure customers have accurate information and updates on orders and deliveries by liaising with and supporting account managers, suppliers and logistic teams to provide excellent customer service.

The main duties of the role include but are not exhaustive of:-

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts

  • Entering customer and supplier orders onto the Inhouse system

  • Raising customer and supplier invoices

  • Scheduling product deliveries from suppliers

  • Liaising with supply chain

  • Scheduling deliveries to customers

  • General administrative tasks associated with the role

  • Dealing with customer enquiries

  • Liaising with account managers

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to organise workload and use initiative
  • Experience of working in multiple currencies
  • Computer skills, particularly with Excel
  • Must be conscientious
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and motivated attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to abide to data privacy standards, company processes and procedures and Health & Safety Regulations
