Supply Chain Executive

The vacancy in our Supply Chain team has become available due to our expansion and an internal promotion. We welcome candidates who are experienced and looking for a new role in a growing business, or those who have less experience and looking for a step up.

The key purpose of the role is;

• Ensuring customers receive their orders on time, every time
• Build excellent relationships with both suppliers and customers
• Support sales account managers in providing excellent service to our customers

The key responsibilities are;

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Resolution of issues raised by transportation, logistics, imports/exports and customs
• Order processing, invoicing, stock control
• Manage sales tracking tools and reporting on key commercial data
• Liaise with account managers on forecasting
• Establish excellent working relationships with key accounts’ supply chain teams as well as with overseas suppliers
• Understand agreed terms with suppliers and customers and ensuring the supply chain operates within the agreed terms
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Create new products, customers, vendors in SAP
• Stay up-to-date with new products and launches and ensure sales team is fully briefed and aware
• Identifying ways of improving stock efficiency
