JOB TITLE: Warehouse Manager
LOCATION: Skipton
SALARY: Competitive
TYPE: Full Time - Temporary (6 Months)
Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with one of our high-profile clients; a global manufacturer of engineered products to appoint a Warehouse Manager.
Your duties are, but not limited to:
* Supervise operations within the warehouse, this will include; managing a team, health and safety, stock and storage.
* Rotate stock between the warehouse and production areas in order to meet schedule needs.
* Liaising with purchasing to organise warehouse workloads.
* Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of quality control procedures to assist in the management and audit of stock on the warehouse.
* Process returned goods back into stock.
* Manage and train warehouse team members.
* Perform stock takes.
* Participate in management meetings, produce reports and KPI’s.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a managerial role within a warehouse.
* FLT Licence is essential
* Ideally you will have working knowledge of Escalators / Elevators however a strong engineering acumen would suffice
