JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator (1 year contract)

LOCATION: Near Maidstone

CO. TYPE: Distribution

START DATE: January 2020

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, 1 in 4 weekends 8am-12pm, with 1 day paid and 1 day taken as TOIL

WORKING AS PART OF A VERY SUPPORTIVE TEAM OF 8, YOUR DUTIES WITHIN YOUR ROLE WOULD BE:

  • Managing the end to end supply chain function
  • Processing orders
  • Tracking stock movement and liaising with suppliers
  • Updating depots on stock availability
  • Assisting the finance team in efficiently completing invoices

WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Supply chain experience
  • Administration experience within buying or procurement
  • Experience using Navision
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships
